Plant Care/Landscape Maintenance Packages
Protect your investment! Plants need systematic care – including, water, fertilizer, pruning and more. We offer interior and exterior landscape maintenance services, including guaranteed interior maintenance service which includes the cost of ANY replacement plants during your contract period. We care about quality – and make it our number one priority to make sure that everything looks up to snuff at all times.
Interior Plant Care Maintenance
52 Regularly scheduled weekly site visits per year by an assigned Plant Care Technician (IPT) to monitor, water, fertilize, and dust your interior plants. You IPT will also write up Work Orders for any necessary Interior Plant Replacements (if the plant declines naturally over time and needs to be replaced), and the plants will be replaced at no charge. This means WE monitor and MAINTAIN the quality appearance of your plants at ALL times – and you don’t have to worry about it. AND it’s included in your Monthly Maintenance pricing.
Exterior Landscape Seasonal Maintenance
Living here in New England, our seasonal plantings and maintenance start in the Spring and wrap up in late Fall, weather dependent. On average, between April 1 – November 1, our top-notch Landscape Maintenance Crew visits every client 2x/week to monitor the quality and health of your plantings, plus we water, fertilize, dead head, and check for any pathogens or pests. Your property will either be on our Monday and Thursday route schedule, or our Tuesday and Friday Route schedule.
Interior or exterior plants, our Staff makes detailed notes about your account, and takes regularly scheduled photos for our “real time” account review process, and reports and tracks and problems, like pesky pests eating your plants or vandalism that needs to be addressed. Reports are submitted daily in real time – and any problems are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
